Although I bought the game a while ago, I have not yet installed it as I have planned to play the demo version of the game first before I start on playing its final version. Either way, you should be paying the same total amount, give or take a few cents, and also ignoring a possible sale.

Say to heck with Steam and buy the full version of Nekopara, also available from said sites, as well as dlsite. I don't know for sure, since I don't use a patched Steam version. The most recent updates may be causing problems with the patch. The price is set so that you end up paying the same total as if you'd only bought the full version. Buy the 18+ patch, which is available through Denpasoft and nekoworks. If you want it, there are two ways to get it: 1. In the first place, selling such content through Steam is against its rules.

This has also happened to another game which I first downloaded its demo and bought the final version at the same time although, I decided to leave it as the longplay for the demo was up to 20 minutes which isn't much to be honest.
